Corporate Governance
The directors of Life Corporation Ltd ("Life Corporation" or "the Company") are responsible for establishing the corporate governance framework of the Company having regard to the ASX Corporate Governance Council (CGC) published guidelines and its Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations. The directors guide and monitor the business and affairs of Life Corporation on behalf of the shareholders by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable for.
